Constanta on the Romanian Black Sea

Aug 24-29

After a long delay at the Moldova-Romania border, the rest of our journey was smooth. However, our arrival in Constanta was quite chaotic. The bustling seaside city was packed with holidaymakers. To make matters worse, our reservation at the Crowne Plaza Constanta-Mamaia had been unexpectedly cancelled!

Luckily, the General Manager, Robert, was there to assist us. Since the hotel was fully booked, he arranged for us to stay at a nearby property for the night. The next day, we were able to check into a beautiful room for the next four days.

After our relaxing stay at the Black Sea, it was time to head to our next destination. From Constanta, we took a train to Bucharest Nord, followed by another train to the airport, and then an Air Serbia flight to Belgrade.
