We have been traveling together since 2014. What started out with a two-week trip to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Gonzaga University’s (Nancy’s alma mater) Florence campus has turned into a passion. Traveling has given us many delightful surprises, new friends, and a lifetime of memories.
To keep Nancy happy, we typically try to include cycling into our trips. This has included the Otago Central Rail Trail in New Zealand, the Canal du Midi from Toulouse to Sete in France, and a tour in Belgium from Bruges to Brussels.
For Brian, we must include stops in areas of historical intrigue. This can be a visit to a Commonwealth War Cemetery, an Olympic site, or a significant cultural monument.
