We added Chiang Mai to our itinerary based on the suggestion of several friends and we are glad we did! We stayed inside the walled and moated “Old City” which is at the center of the city.

Mae Sae Waterfall
Mae Sae is a 10–storied waterfall located in the Doi Suthep-Pui National Park. We took a “grab” from our hotel in Chiang Mai for the 40 minute drive to the park.
