We were invited to Nancy’s friend Meta and her husband Samo’s home outside Ljubljana. After a beautiful brunch at their home, they toured us through Ljubljana.

We had such a great day with Meta and Samo in Ljubljana that they invited us to their home on the Slovenian coast in Koper. We accepted, checked out of our apartment at Lake Bled, and headed off to Koper for my birthday. Meta and Samo were such gracious hosts we plan to return to visit our friends in this beautiful country.
